I hope the new website serves everyone who visits effectively, and thanks so much for looking us up! I wanted to take an opportunity to thank you all for having directed your business and support of my percussive outlet for all the years both at Wally’Äôs and now Dave’Äôs Pro Drums. It would never have survived for so long without you guys (you know who you are).
As many of you know, we lost use of the original Wally’Äôs Drums location at 514 7th st. in January last year following an arson fire (yes, you read that correctly).¬ÝAfter many months of frustration and preparation, I'm finally resuming business in Oregon City as the Northwest’Äôs premier percussive resource.¬Ý
I was able to find a suitable location a bit further up the hill from Wally's and at long last, carved out a nice little percussive outpost. The store officially reopened to sport regular hours in early January of 2008. I still consider this store unofficially/sentimentally connected with¬Ý
Wally's as I direct all non-percussion related business there.. and will continue a complimentary partnership with them for years to come. The new drum shop will continue to focus on concert and marching percussion instruments as well as hand percussion, drumkits, drumheads, mallet instruments, mallets, practice pads, cymbals and various hardware.The original phone number is still in effect @ 503.723.5565. As always, I am happy to travel to access/repair your current equipment, including, timpani tuning/repair, drumkits and the like. We’Äôll also begin presenting more regular hands-on classical and
marching percussion clinics to benefit students at your request. I’Äôll be offering beginning to advanced rudimental drumming lessons for local students in marching programs interested in furthering their skills (please email or call me for more info).
